By using BarCrawler's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be 21 years or older to use our service.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

BarCrawler provides event coordination services for bar crawl events, including:

• Event ticket sales
• Venue coordination
• Real-time event updates via SMS (with your consent)
• Check-in and event management

3. SMS TERMS

When you opt-in to SMS notifications:

• You consent to receive event-related messages
• Message frequency: 5-10 messages per event
• Message and data rates may apply
• Text STOP to cancel, HELP for assistance
• We will not share your number for marketing purposes

4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Consume alcohol responsibly and arrange safe transportation
• Follow venue rules and local laws
• Not resell or transfer tickets without permission
• Keep your account credentials secure

5. PAYMENT TERMS

• All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled
• Refunds are only provided if we cancel the event
• Prices include service fees unless otherwise stated
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for purchases

6. EVENT PARTICIPATION

• You must be 21+ with valid ID
• We reserve the right to refuse service to intoxicated individuals
• Venues may change due to circumstances beyond our control
• We are not responsible for venue capacity limits

7. LIABILITY LIMITATIONS

BARCRAWLER IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

• Injuries or damages during events
• Actions of other participants or venues
• Lost or stolen items
• Transportation to/from venues
• Excessive alcohol consumption

YOU PARTICIPATE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify BarCrawler from any claims arising from:

• Your violation of these terms
• Your behavior during events
• Your violation of any laws

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, and materials are owned by BarCrawler. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

10. CANCELLATION POLICY

• We may cancel events due to weather, safety, or insufficient registration
• Full refunds provided for our cancellations
• No refunds for customer cancellations within 24 hours of event

11. PRIVACY

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy at barcrawler.app/privacy

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY.

13. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain in effect.
